In November of 2010, Law & Politics Magazine mailed more then 34,000 ballots to attorneys across Pennsylvania requesting each lawyer to vote for the most effective attorneys they had personally observed in action. Each nominated lawyer was given a score based on the number of votes. The top point getters were then reviewed by a panel of experts to determine the final outcome for the Super Lawyer award. The final list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers is made up of less then five percent of all Pennsylvania lawyers.

According to the state attorney general's office, Washington’s Lemon Law requires that car dealers inform buyers if a vehicle has ever been returned to a manufacturer.
In a press release, the attorney general’s office, which enforces the law, also alleges that a Bothell Chevrolet dealer neglected more than once to provide the required disclosures.
President of Brooks Biddle Chevrolet, John Biddle said the information coming from the attorney general's office is "misleading." Biddle maintains the entire incident stems from an instance in which the dealership notified the state they did not have the proper paperwork — paperwork Biddle termed as redundant — regarding a car that had been recalled by the manufacturer because of a flawed paint job....
What are Lemon Laws?
Have you ever purchased a car that broke down immediately or did not live up to the sales hype? Maybe you bought a laptop that was inherently faulty but details were left out during the sales pitch. Well, you probably purchased a lemon and if so, you may have the law on your side. The colloquial term “Lemon Law” is used to describe laws that help protect consumers if they have purchased a vehicle or other product that has failed to measure up to standards of safety, quality and performance.
Let us use a car as an example. After purchasing a vehicle, you will hopefully have been given a warranty. This is a guarantee of sorts that covers you in case of mechanical failure as outlined in the warranty itself. The Lemon Law could help you if the seller is not honoring the terms of the warranty or is breaking that warranty in any way.
